Before my real estate career began 8 years ago I worked on my family farm in Patterson, New York. Kessman Brothers Inc. grew to be the third largest sweet corn grower in New York State. I attended a New York State Agricultural and Technical College in 1981 where I studied plant and soil science. I was responsible for locating and leasing 1500 acres of farmland each year in Putnam and Dutchess counties that would be needed to sow our crop. I have a workman type attitude. I pride myself on respect, honesty and loyalty. As a local businessman responsible for acquiring and leasing many properties, I certainly know the area and have made many contacts that give me a large advantage in the real estate community. My wife, daughter and I currently live in Wingdale, New York. I enjoy golf, boating, hiking and many other outdoor activities.
